TurnDinarToDollars.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If you violate these Terms of Use, TurnDinarToDollars.com may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

By making a purchase you agree that you have researched the Iraq Dinar and understand the risks involved in investing in foreign currency, that you are pursuing. You agree that you understand that the value of the currency may go down or up depending on circumstances beyond our control. We are not laible for any changes that Iraq as a country makes that may affect your investment.

Buying Dinar

All Dinar sales are final.  TurnDinarToDollars.com offers a 100% money back guarantee of Authenticity on all of our notes.  The reason we can offer this is due to the fact that we double check every one of notes before shipping them to you.  There is no possible chance of an unauthentic note being shipped to you.  In the event of a dispute regarding authenticity, we require 1 note to be sent back to us for checking.  If the note is determined to be unauthentic, we will then require you to send all the notes back to us for checking.  We will then refund your money (minus postage costs) to you after all notes have been checked and deemed unauthentic. All disputes of Authenticity must happen within 30 days of receiving your Dinar, otherwise our Money Back offer will be void.

Shipment:

All orders take 3-5 business days to process depending demand.  Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post via Registered Mail and are expected to be delivered within 2-3 days.  International orders are sent by Australia Post via Express Courier International and are expected to be delivered within 2-4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.  International buyers are able to track their order by going to    http://ice.auspost.com.au/ and entering your unique item number. When purchasing Iraqi Dinar from us, you as the buyer accept that factors that are beyond our control can effect the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you.  We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service; therefore, we will be sure to let you know via email if there is any reason that your order will be delayed. 

TERMS OF USE

Resale of Dinars

We do not repurchase Iraqi Dinars from customers. Until markets develop for the resale of Iraqi Dinars, it may difficult for you to liquidate your Iraqi Dinars or exchange them for US Dollars.  When the Iraqi Dinar lists on the International Exchange you can then change your Dinar for Dollars at any international bank or money exchange.

Dinar Prices Subject to Change

TurnDinarToDollars.com reserves the right to change its prices for Iraqi Dinars at any time, without prior notice.

No Guarantee of Return

The value of the Iraqi Dinar may go up or down. Accordingly when you decide to sell Iraqi Dinars they may be worth more or less than you originally paid for them.

Authenticity

The Iraqi Dinar notes have a number of security features designed to thwart the counterfeiting of Iraqi Dinar notes, and we have taken steps to confirm the authenticity of the Iraqi Dinar notes. Please see above headed ‘buying Dinar’ in reference to authenticity.

Terms of Service

TurnDinarToDollars.com reserves the right to cancel any order and refund all funds, if applicable, at any time without prior notice. By making a purchase, you hereby agree to allow TurnDinarToDollars.com to submit your name and other personal information to state, federal and international government authorities such as Interpol and Australian authorizing agencies through SDN (the Specially Designated Nationals list) to meet OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and other relevant regulatory requirements. TurnDinarToDollars.com may, under certain circumstances, contact you to confirm that the information which you have provided to TurnDinarToDollars.com is accurate or to request supplemental information and may take such other steps to assist in verification of the information you have provided to TurnDinarToDollars.com. Failure to provide such information when requested may result in the cancellation of your order. By making a purchase you agree to and are hereby bound by these Terms of Service. TurnDinarToDollars.com does NOT provide Dinar to Australian customers as we are not eligible to do so as we do not carry an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL). We apologise for any inconvenience.

• TurnDinarToDollars.com does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it. The Site and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
